Thinking that an intact hymen proves virginity can lead to harmful beliefs and practices. While the hymen might matter in medical exams, its presence doesn't guarantee sexual health. It's important to correct misunderstandings, share accurate information, and have open conversations about these topics to help people make informed choices about their bodies and sexuality.
