To make sure that both the mother and fetus are healthy, proper health-care and regular follow-ups are essential during pregnancy. However, in countries like Nepal, due to less access to good health services and facilities, and geographical, social, and cultural barriers, many pregnant women don't do regular health check-ups. As a result, there is the risk of having a low-birth-weight baby and unsafe delivery. Highlighting the same issue, this episode includes the interview with Amisha Neupane, Registered Nurse. Neupane has shared the importance of follow-up during pregnancy.
