The road to entrepreneurship is often a treacherous one filled with unexpected detours, sleepless nights, roadblocks and dead ends. One such person is Subash Gauchan who has exemplified entrepreneurial success. Since returning from Florida in the US to Kathmandu in 2000, Subhash Gauchan immediately joined his father’s logistics business. But there was something missing. He had a passion for food and he had always wanted to start a restaurant. In 2004, along with a few friends, he mulled over the idea of opening up a place of his own but nothing materialised.
