Sunita Dulal (Singer, TV Presenter, RJ, VJ), a multitalented young Nepali woman, is a prominent Nepalese folk singer. She has been singing Nepali folk, festive to modern songs. In addition to singing, she also does acting, presents program on Nepal Television, and modeling as well. She was the Radio Jockey at Star FM (2003-2006), TV Program Presenter for Musical Program ‘Susheli’ at Nepal Television (2005-2006), and Radio Program Producer and Presenter at ECR FM (2005-2006). She has role played in Nepali TV Serial named ‘Jantar’ broadcasted in Nepal Television and Kantipur Television (2005-2007). She was the TV Presenter for the Popular Live Infotainment Program ‘Ukali Orali’ at Image TV Channel, NTV and NTV Plus TV Program Producer and Presenter for ‘Nepali TV’ (2008-2013). She has released her Teej Album “Nachau Sarara”; which is her 15th album including songs “Teej ko Ayo Lahara” and “Chuppa Moi Khaula”. On 19 May 2016, she recorded her solo part with her group at Radio Nepal studio and officially released in September 2, 2017 by president Bidya Devi Bhandari at Army Officer's Club, Kathmandu. She has received several awards which are, “Singer of The Year 2012” Nepali Songs TV in 2012, “Best Female Folk Singer” - Hetauda FM 96.6 in 2011, “Certificate of Appreciation” Embassy of Nepal in USA in 2011, “Top 5 Folk Singers of The Year”, Kantipur FM in 2011, Best Female Folk singer of the year award by Hetauda FM 96.6 in 2009, and Special Recognition by Paurakhi Group Syangja Samaj, Qatar in 2009.
