He was the winner of Rastriya Kavita Pratiyogita (National Poem Competition) in 2001 A.D, and Rastriya Kavita Mahotsav (National Poem Ceremony) in 2003 A.D. He was also the winner of Rastriya Pratibha Puraskar (National Talent Award) from Nepal Government in 2010 A.D. He has received the gold medal in National Poetry Festival in 2060 B.S.
