Live Interview with Pushkar Shah Pushkar Shah is a Nepalese peace and democracy activist and adventurer who has travelled 150 countries in a cycle (221000km) and climbed Mt. Everest. On November 29, 1998, he set off from Dolakha Town, Nepal at the age of 25, for a world bicycle trek. With only a bicycle, 60 kg of essentials and a 100 Nepali Rupees from his mother, he started his journey in November 1998 from a small village in Dolakha, aiming to circumnavigate the world. He has cycled around 150 different countries. He carried with his messages of peace from Nepal and collected national flags from whichever country he travelled to. On 7 April 2010, he attempted climbing Mount Everest with his collection of flags from around the world. He was one of the three youths who represented the “Enough is Enough” campaign and went into 12 days hunger strike after the government failed to act as per the agreement made with them to handle the Covid-19 pandemic in a better manner. The Nepali music industry is a powerhouse of talent. Since the inception of music, so many artists have made their mark in the listeners' hearts. Some singers have emerged who worked so brilliantly in their fields; one such artist is Sunil Upreti, one of the most celebrated pop singers of the Nepali Music Industry. He has been involved in Nepal's music scene for around 30 years now. He used to be the vocalist of the Prism band and had also worked with a few other bands-the Legend bands being one of them. He has sung many numerous hits songs and has a truly unique ability to mould his voice. Sagar Jhai Gahiro, one of the most popular song was sang by Sunil Upreti, which was relesaed in 90s. His other songs such as Jindagiko Bato, Mero Mayalu , Malai Dherai Dherai, Dharti Mero Aja , Rojekochu Timilai and were big hits in the 90s. Today male beauty pageants have become a growing trend worldwide, along with the rise of the male beauty industry. Nepal won its first major international beauty pageants title when Santosh Upadhyaya, a 29-year-old medical doctor from Lalitpur, became the third runner-up in the grand finale of Mister Supranational 2021 held at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater, Nowy Sacz, Malopolska & Poland. This is Nepal's first-ever participation in the international pageant. The event was globally live-streamed on the official YouTube channel of Mister Supranational and an exclusive preview on a few other national television channels.
