Dr. Ambika Adhikari is a Principal Planner at the the city of Tempe, in Arizona. He has over 30 years of professional and academic experience in urban and environmental planning and international development in several countries around the globe. He also teaches intermittently at the Arizona State University. Dr. Adhikari received his Doctorate in Urban Planning from Graduate School of Design, at Harvard University. In this episode, we will hear about his 30 year profession, and what led him to the United States in the 80s. We also hear about his views on the city of Kathmandu and what can be done to make it better.
