Iran's state broadcaster says that Tehran has responded "negatively" to a US peace plan. A senior, unnamed official said Iran would end the war when it decided to do so - and when "its own conditions are met". The details of the 15-point plan were never made public, but it's reported to have demanded major concessions from Tehran.
